After watching our older brother take Qatar by storm, we knew it was time to bring our unapologetic energy across the border. BonBird is officially open in Doha, setting up shop right next door to Pickl in the heart of the West Walk district.

We didn’t just bring the food; we brought the entire BonBird culture.
This venue is our modern take on the classic East London community chicken shop. We stripped away the plastic fast-food look and built a space that fuses clean, minimalist lines with an unmistakable urban edge. With prime indoor and outdoor seating, it’s the exact right setup to grab a table and indulge in the best fried chicken in Doha.
CLOSING THE GAP
Doha has a highly sophisticated culinary scene, but there was a massive void for a genuinely premium quick-service joint. Abdallah Salami, Head of Operations at Golondrina Hospitality, hit the nail on the head: “Bringing BonBird to Qatar is a great opportunity to fill the gap in the market for a premium QSR product.”
We are here to fill that void by maintaining our absolute baseline standard. No antibiotics, no preservatives, and zero hormones. Just fresh, high-quality chicken prepared with respect. We don’t need to rely on industrial processing to serve a proper meal.
